    Description

    JobOverview:

    We are looking for aMarketing Executive for a Waste Management Company who canestablish and develop a reliable chain of Bulk Waste generatorsScrap dealers and Waste Collectors Material Recovery Facilities andother related Stakeholders. Ensure systems and processes for timelycollection analysis and reporting of data. Ensure that the projectoperates to meet and surpass the budgeted Topline and bottom lineas well as predefined SOPs Milestones Targets Reporting &Compliances.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • Identifyingand developing clients and Bulk Waste Generator Government MaterialRecovery Facilities for Dry Waste Collection services. This shallinclude Identifying BGWs Visiting them to get initial Detailsgiving brochures and proposals to the potential client withrequired followups.
    • Coordination forWasteaudits and trial pickups to understand the quality of wastebefore giving a financial proposal.
    • Identifypotential local Scrap Dealer and collection partners suited forregular collection of waste from the BWG CP. The scrap dealer shallmeet basic legal social and environmental compliances. This canalso include surveying scrap markets and building a pipeline ofpotential BWG CPs.
    • Registration and agreementsigning of the collection partners with the company as per thepolicies.
    • Scheduling Pickups and ensuringtimely collection.
    • Ensure entry of SalesPurchase and other relevant Google forms into the MIS system tools.
    • Coordinating recovery of amount towardsmaterial sold to Bulk Waste Generator Collection Partners.
    • Facilitate the social support team for thecollection of BWG CP workers data and facility audits in terms ofcompliance safety and social support programs targeted for the BWGCPs and their workers.
    • Coordinating andreporting to the Project Coordinator on a daily basis on variousissues.

    JobRequirements:

    • Selfstarterswith proven experience in managing Waste familiarity with Informalscrap markets etc.
    • Good time management skillsincluding scheduling vehicle collection partner and clientcoordination.
    • Good communicationproblemsolving and presentation skills with familiarity with emailsand other digital communication tools.
    • Flexibility in time and movement andFamiliarity with feeding data in Google forms excel sheets and worddocuments as well as other digital tools.
    • Graduates with sales work experience preferred.
