Job Description:


Responsibilities:


Medical Reports Management:
Review and analyze patient medical reports, including laboratory results, diagnostic imaging reports, and other relevant medical documentation.

Interpret and understand medical terminology, abbreviations, and diagnoses to ensure accurate understanding of patient conditions.

Collaborate with medical professionals and physicians to clarify medical information, if necessary.

Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience.


Administrative Duties:

Requirements:

Nursing Experience or degree or diploma from an accredited institution.

Active nursing license and up-to-date CPR certification.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, disease processes, and medication fundamentals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in using computer systems, electronic medical records, and customer relationship management.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.


Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:
