Influencer Marketing Executive/ Intern
Position Overview:
As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth and
visibility through strategic influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and
nurturing relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand
values and objectives. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to build authentic connections will be
crucial in executing successful influencer campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing
strategies aligned with overall brand goals and marketing objectives.
Influencer Identification:
Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and thought leaders
within our industry and target demographic.
Relationship Building:
Initiate and cultivate relationships with influencers through personalized
outreach, engagement, and ongoing communication.
Campaign Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns from
conception to completion, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Content Collaboration:
Work closely with influencers to ideate, create, and optimize engaging content
that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our audience.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and compensation with influencers,
ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and
recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and industry regulations, and
prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay:
₹7, ₹20,430.78 per month
Schedule:
