Full Job Description

  • Verification of leads
  • Tele calling
  • Converting the leads as admissions
  • Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/job aspirants
  • Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration

Key expectations for counsellors job role:

  • Listening skills
  • Empathy and understanding
  • A nonjudgmental attitude
  • Patient and a calm manner
  • Ability to cope with emotional situations
  • Ability to relate to and adapt communication style to suit a wide range of people
  • Connect with universities, act as a direct consultant and assist where required
  • Act as a team leader

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
