About the role

The role of a Disbursement Operations Intern involves automating the creation of MIS reports for tracking key metrics such as TAT, error rate, etc., identifying inefficiencies in the current operational workflow, and helping automate/improve these processes.

Responsibilities:

Automation of MIS reports generation for key performance indicators
Workflow optimization and process improvement in disbursement operations
Work on adhoc projects and tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
