What you'll do at Ather

  • We are obsessed with customer experience. And, we believe that Product trial is a significant element of the multitude of things that come together to offer a great Ather experience to our target audience. Hence, driving product trials is key to our business as the purchase consideration in true sense begins at the point where the customer experiences the Ather 450X first hand.
  • While your short term responsibilities will be to ensure we are able to reach out to all enthusiasts in our market and bring them down to Ather Space our Experience Center or to Ather Go stations to awe them with the product experience, the long term game is about.
  • Creating a steady flow of these enthusiasts to every one of our test ride locations across the city.
  • Reaching out to all the enthusiasts who've tried out the Ather 450X first hand to move them further down the funnel.
Here's what we're looking for

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales. Encouraging the customers to come avail the Ather Experience will be a key responsibility.
  • General frustration of customers being busy or not answering the calls or being not reachable for long hours, definitely comes along with this role as a package. However, the ability to persist and ensure every enthusiast in the system does experience the Ather 450X will be your key challenge.
  • Love for automobiles or engineering products will be an advantage.

  • Establishing rapport: Develop trusting relationships with customers and create lasting impressions.

  • Team working: Enjoys working in and contributing to crossfunctional teams, considering team views openly and making sure feedback is taken while making decisions.
  • Managing Tasks: Multitasking wizards who know the importance of planning, prioritizing, and organizing before jumping to execution.
  • Graduate Degree from a Tier I/II college in India
