Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and resolving client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications
- Building and maintaining longlasting business relationships with clients
- Providing clients with relevant information on the services offered by the company
- Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients
- Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets
- Generating Revenue for the Company
Requirements and Qualification for Client Executive:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problemsolving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Deadlinedriven and highly motivated individual
- Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
- Good listening skills and the ability to offer excellent customer service
Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
