Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Identifying and resolving client queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications
  • Building and maintaining longlasting business relationships with clients
  • Providing clients with relevant information on the services offered by the company
  • Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients
  • Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets
  • Generating Revenue for the Company

Requirements and Qualification for Client Executive:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problemsolving skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Deadlinedriven and highly motivated individual
  • Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
  • Good listening skills and the ability to offer excellent customer service

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Morning shift
