Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our range of plastic products.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
  • Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports for management.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.
  • Stay uptodate with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the plastic industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing content.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the plastic industry or related sectors is a plus.

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
