Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

Including but not limited to:

Responsible for all the manufacturing production activities like machining, assembly.
Planning & organizing the production schedule & monitoring work flow, end to end production activities.
Planning and organizing shift slots for associates.
Scheduling and assigning the work to associates as per production plan & supervising the staff
Maintaining quality production by establishing and enforcing as per Quality

& Customer standards.

Ensures smooth operations of equipments by calling for periodic maintenance.
Effective use of various Tools & Machineries
Responsible for Inventory/ Stock control/planning.
Motivating team to achieve daily assigned production target.
Conducting the training required & support HR team for identification of training needs.
Responsible for the evaluation of the team performance.
Documentation and MIS of all the production activities.
Communicating to the team job expectations & also about all the happenings in the organizations
Ensuring the protection of Health Safety & Environment of self, team & the machine & material.
Maintaining high standards of 5'S
Motivating the team for KAIZEN activities.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical with 2 to 5 years of experience OR Diploma in Mechanical with 5 to7 years related experience

The incumbent should have knowledge of the following software:

MS word
MS Excel
Power point presentation
