Role & responsibilities

Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce highquality visual and written content, ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and aesthetics.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels, fostering positive engagement and customer satisfaction.
Leverage social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, making recommendations to adapt and refine our social media strategies.
Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting while aligning with marketing campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and product launches.
Actively engage with online communities, participate in relevant discussions, and contribute to building a strong brand presence.
Assist in the development of engaging and shareable video content, live streaming, and interactive campaigns.
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven work experience as a
Social Media Executive or similar role for at least 1 year

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive problemsolving attitude.
Passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
