Your Role and Responsibilities
Join a dynamic Product Management at IBM.

You will be a key contributor of the IBM Business Automation division, focused on defining and executing the roadmap for industry automation solutions and accelerators across the portfolio.

What you'll do:

Collaborate on product strategy
Work with a team of motivated Product Managers
Become a leading technical SME for IBM Business Automation solutions
Work with customers and our channel leaders to identify and define new crossindustry solutions to maximize customer adoption and business value with the products.
Work with development teams to define clear, accomplishable requirements
Work with UI/UX design team assuring all functionality developed is easy to use and clearly articulates its value to customers.
Use a combination of customer data, market research and industry knowledge to prioritize new functionality into an aggressive roadmap that balances new functionality, strategic initiatives, improvements, and technical debt.
Maintain a current understanding of industry and technology trends.

What you'll bring:

Enjoy working with highly technical customers and team members
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to make recommendations and measure success

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
3+ years of experience in engineering product management
Demonstrated experience in defining and driving processes at scale across large organizations.
Organizational and collaboration skills with a demonstrated history of successfully defining and driving initiatives that span multiple organizational boundaries.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience in presenting and reporting to leadership teams.
Demonstrated ability in successfully delivering initiatives with varying levels of ambiguity.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Advanced technical degree or MBA is a plus
