**Position: Executive - QA

Responsibilities:

Responsible for online quality of product on machine, test, analyse and report and feed to production
Inspection of finished product, Raw material, packaging material,
Inspection and testing of all incoming material (RM, PM and Others)
Coordinate with Purchase for rejection if any.
Data generation for all the material tested and inspected.
Maintaining documents related to ISO, BRCGS, FSMS, Sedex and other certifications.
Work in shifts
Conduct Testing as per standards and SOPS. Safely handle lab chemicals
Generate COA for approved lots and batches
Operate lab instrument and Equipment.
Follow GLP and best practices within area.
Sample preparation
Basics Process and Equipment Knowledge
Establishing standards, policies, and procedures for testing processes and procedures.
Ensure product and process meets all the regulatory compliances required.
Exposure and worked in Quality Management System, (ISO, FSMS, BRC, Sedex, OHSAS,).
Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions, and Test Procedures and interact with our size agency for third party testing.
Handle system related queries of inside and outside customers, follow up with agencies and auditors for on time NC closing and certification.
Safety and Environmental audits and meeting standards, respond to customer queries.
Follow guidelines and instruction from superior.
