Shift - _Australia Shift_


Process - _Voice Process_


Working Days - _5 days Working, 2 days Off with Rotational Shifts_


Working Location :
_Spectrum Towers, Ground floor, A wing, Mindspace, Chincholi Bunder Road, Malad West _Mumbai_


Skills Required:


  • Minimum 6 month of _BPO_ _E_xperience_
  • HSC and Graduation _#freshers_ _Can _#apply_
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills_
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written_
  • Ability to multitask_
  • Must have excellent time management skills_
  • Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team_

Job Responsibility

  • Solving Customer Queries on call related to phone bill and network related issues_

Salary

  • 19k39k Inhand Salary+Incentives (30% hike on last Inhand Salary)_
