  • Create and manage performance matketing

  • Interact with customers, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Develop innovative social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage budgets for promoting social media posts and payperclick (PPC) advertising.
  • Track and analyze data to measure the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across marketing departments to ensure consistent branding.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders, including social media influencers, to pitch potential marketing campaigns.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, videos, HTML) that drives engagement and encourages action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages on social media platforms to increase visibility.
  • Moderate usergenerated content according to community guidelines.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve strategies by analyzing social data, gaining insights, and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation and coordinate actions.
  • Leverage social media to identify and acquire customers, contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop social media marketing plans for each product, directing promotional support.
  • Maintain online customer relations through tailored programs.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and consult with internal and external sources to create market development strategies.
  • Maintain a research database with marketing information.
  • Provide marketing information and support by addressing inquiries and requests.
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing and managing annual budgets, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and supervise the operational requirements of the social media marketing department.
  • Recruit, select, train, and manage social media marketing staff.
  • Foster the growth and development of marketing staff through information sharing, educational opportunities, and career advancement.

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus
