Main responsibilities:


  • Manage the overall general affairs function of the company and purchasing equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with external parties including, landlords, and service providers to establish and manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee the administrative support staff, provide leadership, and establish policies and procedures for general affairs and administration. Continuously seek ways to enhance administrative processes and procedures.
  • Manage the utilization of meeting rooms, office supplies, equipment and company cars, including car reservations, maintenance, and repairs. Prepare Asset Damaged Reports for vehicles and fixed assets, as well as GA expense reports with analytical control.
  • Take charge of the company's security and emergency preparedness plans, and continuously enhance the safety and functionality of the company's facilities.
  • Develop and oversee budgets for general affairs and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to organize events and activities.
  • Provide administrative and logístical support to departments as necessary to help achieve the company's strategic goals.
  • Experience in Facilities maintenance and upkeep from Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Furniture aspect of office facilities.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of Supervisor experience in general affairs or related fields.
  • Experience in Facilities maintenance and upkeep from Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Furniture aspect of office facilities.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Display flexibility and adaptability when working in new environments.
  • Detailoriented with strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in India.
  • Willing to work weekends, night shifts and public holidays whenever business dictates.
