Overview:

As an Outbound Admissions Counselor for our Fashion Designing Institute in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in increasing admissions by conducting outbound calls to promote our programs and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students, convert leads into enrollments, and contribute to the growth and success of our institute.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our fashion designing programs or have inquired about our services.
Effectively communicate program details, admission requirements, and benefits of choosing our institute to potential students, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Build rapport and establish a trusting relationship with leads through personalized and engaging conversations, emphasizing the value of our educational offerings.
Utilize persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections and objections and encourage leads to take the next steps in the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of call interactions, leads generated, and conversions using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the admissions team to follow up on leads, schedule campus tours or counseling sessions, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience for students.
Stay updated on industry trends, educational advancements, and competitor activities to tailor outbound call strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and admissions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, customer service, or admissions counseling, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication skills with a confident and articulate phone manner.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decisionmaking and drive results.
Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of fashion designing industry trends, educational programs, and career opportunities is a plus.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
