Description
Edit test questions and other assessment materials produced by in-house team

  • Proofread rendered copy at various stages of development to attain 100% accuracy
  • Confirm that relevant, appropriate and factually correct content is released for final delivery
  • Rewrite text to improve clarity and readability
  • Perform editorial reviews of all types of content at all stages of production. Other jobs may include raising queries, sharing timely feedback, working with teams & departments to ensure creating 100% error free content
  • Readily work as a point of contact for tasks/projects allocated and provide detailed updates regarding project handling and status to teammates and senior editor
  • Developing project style guide and/or editorial training materials
  • Well aware of differences between UK/US English

Job Specification:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience (Only in editing).
  • Preferred editing experience in Ed Tech.
  • Excellent Language skills in US & UK style
  • Aware of the Editorial Style Guides (APA, CMS, AP, MLA)

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Master's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

  • APA, CMS, AP,

MLA:
2 years (preferred)
- editing experience in
Ed Tech: 2 years (preferred)

  • Language skills in US & UK style: 2 years (preferred)
  • Proofreading: 2 years (preferred)
