Description
Drive identification of Systemic Root Causes for quality issues reported from field (CIM Projects)

  • Drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions from these Systemic Root Causes across various Business Units (R&D, Production, Service, etc.)
  • Responsible for Planning & Leading the Implementation phase of CIM Projects by maintaining affected turbine population list, Creating work estimates, Tracking progress on CIM cases with relevant Business Units (R&D, production, Service, etc.), Controlling provisions in cooperation with CIM finance and Creating reports for Steering Committee, Functional Review Boards.
  • Duties include Review of Work Instructions & Risk Assessment, Review & Release of customer communication packages & Service Message
