Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage large datasets for training and validating AI models.
- Train AI models using supervised, unsupervised, or semisupervised learning techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand project requirements and implement effective training strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Stay uptodate with the latest AI training techniques and methodologies to ensure best practices are applied.
- Provide insights and recommendations on improving AI model accuracy and efficiency.
- Document training processes, methodologies, and model performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in training AI models and managing large datasets.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) used for machine learning purposes.
