HR Executive (This Job requires you to Work from the Office Monday to Friday, Mumbai location)

Job Role:

End to End recruitment
Screen new applicants
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Coordinate job fairs and career/campus placements
Supporting and guiding HR management and staff for better organizational development

You need to assist in Onboarding of new employees and maintain HR Documentation & Joining Formalities. Updating personnel file records of the employees on regular basis.
Need to update the monthly training schedule of new analysts and associate Assisting in Performance Appraisal and Quarterly appraisal
You need to look after administration function in absence of the concerned person


Key Skills:

Communication skills - verbal and written
Understanding HR policy
Maintain Employee relations
Confidentiality - ability to handle sensitive data in line with data protection regulations


Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:

Education and qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1 year of relevant recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
