Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

Negotiation:
Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to close deals that are mutually beneficial.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and market gaps.


Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goaloriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is a plus.
