JOB SUMMARY:

To obtain employment and experiential opportunities in business and industry for students in all curricula. Counsel, prepare and enhance hiring potential of students, new graduates into the job market. Assist in the placement of work study eligible students.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems.
  • Delivering training to various parts of the business and working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organise training sessions.
  • Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required.
  • Conduct Induction process to new students.
  • Provide Training Kit-Manaul, Cranes notebook to new enrolled students


  • Schedules

  • Trainer Name, Timings, Module details.
- course material maual for new batch, new module.

  • Update placement schedules
  • Student feedback trainer analysis with graphs and pie charts
  • Students performance analysis
  • Conduct pre/post training tests, assessments and pulse checks as and when applicable
  • Support creation of Training Summary Report for every program and share with all concerned
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of functioning of academic institutions and placement process
  • Multitier architecture knowledge
  • Excellent selfmanagement skills (task lists, status reports, prioritisation) Commitment to quality and timely deliverable
  • Desire to understand the business
