We are looking to hire an experienced Sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales.In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
Theexecutive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. Executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- A passion for sales.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Good project management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problemsolving skills.

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
