As a Sales Executive at Protonbits Software Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for selling our suite of software solutions and services to potential clients, primarily targeting businesses across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers within target organizations.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate terms to secure new business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Collaborate with the Operations team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Represent the company to Clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
