Experience:

  • 12 years experience in hospitality industry or similar role.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Profile introduction:


Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and ensure their satisfaction with every aspect of their dining experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Process payments and operate the pointofsale system accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
