JOB Title:
Brand Lease Documentation & Registration


Job Overview:


We are required one person for handle the commercial lease documentation preparation, execution & co-ordination with the brand on a daily basis for clearance of pendency's.


Responsibilities and Duties:

1> Handling commercial Brand collection
2> Coordination with other department for required documents
3> Resolving Brands Grievances


Qualifications:
PGDM / MBA


Professional Qualifications:
Post Graduate

Experience: 3 to 5 year in same field
Salary Range: 25K to 40K Per Month as deserve


Specific skills:

Calculation Strong, Reading & writing in both language Hindi & English, Comfortable in working Google Drive, Commercial Leasing Background


Personal characteristics:
Honest, Dedicated, Multitasking


Physical abilities:
It should be good.

Pay:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karol Bagh, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
