Key Responsibilities

Performing as a dealer in terminal operations.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of client's interactions, process client's accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Identifying client needs and helping clients use specific features.
Analyzing and reporting investment opportunities to clients.
Monthly ledger reports and Investment portfolio reports send to clients.
Equity and Mutual funds schemes services to clients.
Assisting the Chief Financial Officer in preparation of miscellaneous reports.
Performing monthend closing process, conducting research and prepares financial statements.
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications.

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
Extensive experience in financial operations, with a focus on stock market activities.
Indepth knowledge of stock market regulations, trading practices, and risk management.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions in dynamic market
