  • 7 years of experience in hotel management

Minimum experience:

  • 23 years of experience as housekeeping supervisor or a related field.

Education:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management

Eligibility:

  • Only Males

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that define our resort experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with resort standards.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a meticulous environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to guarantee cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
  • Languages:
  • English, Hindi, Marathi.

Salary:

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
