Tasks and Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
Lead, prepare and execute the RF(x) processes
Sourcing of indirect spend category IT Professional Services globally
Conduct market tenders and managing the evaluation across crossfunctional teams to determine selected suppliers
Support analysis of proposals and producing recommendations
Negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes
Draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions
Identify ways to improve related businessasusual processes
Daytoday operational process management and support of relevant operational and P2P processes to ensure accurate and timely ordering and receipt of goods and services.

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or equal (bachelor's degree)
General understanding of Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying processes and best practice
Minimum (7+ years) of progressive experience in indirect procurement and 3+ years in specific category of IT Professional Services in an international (corporate) environment
Experience in review, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors.
Experienced in conducting tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
Problemsolving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customerservice orientation
Strong project management experience
High attention to details
Experience in working with market leading sourcing tools/systems would be a plus
Excellent English (_native_, C1 or equivalent) written and verbal communication skills. Any additional language considered a plus
