As a Customer Support Executive specializing in Social Media

You will engage with potential customers who initiate inquiries through social media.

Your main goal is to start conversations, collect contact info, and make outbound calls to convert inquiries into sales.



Requirements:
  • Communication skills in English and Hindi are required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Inbound Chat Engagement:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media.
    • Initiate engaging conversations to understand customer needs.
  2. Contact Information Collection:
    • Guide conversations to collect customer contact information.
    • Ensure accuracy for effective follow-up.
  3. Outbound Sales Calls:
    • Use contact info for outbound calls.
    • Present product features and benefits.
  4. Conversion Strategies:
    • Develop strategies to turn chats into sales calls.
    • Align communication with customer interests.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build positive relationships with customers.
    • Provide exceptional service for a great experience.
  6. Adaptation to Trends:
    • Stay updated on social media trends.
    • Adapt approaches based on customer preferences.
  7. Typing Speed Requirement:
    • Must type at 20+ words per minute for effective chat responses.
  8. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with team members for best practices.
    • Participate in team meetings and training.

Qualifications:
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Goal-oriented with a record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹24,000.00 per month
