Description
Follow up for orders of all quotes sent- Calling and getting enquiries or orders from Category C of clients
- Responsible to report to your senior on number of enquiries replied, no. of quotes sent, no. of cold calls done, no. of orders received
- Responsible to inform senior on no. of orders lost and its specific reason so we can improve next time
- Forwarding stock file to clients on daily basis and following up for orders
- Outstanding follow up with respective clients before any transaction
- Support to order team in cross checking rates given by us against order rates
- Support to order team in case required for calling and explaining to clients
- Follow up with Purchase team for rates of special or non stock or drawing items
- Reporting to senior whenever asked
- Responsible to share report of all enquiries and quotes on daily basis
- Get training from senior to improve in sales skills
- Coordinate with tele caller and international executive in work

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
