Banking Domain Enterprise Credit Risk

  • Solution Architect
Roles and Responsibilities


Experienced Solution Architect for Enterprise Credit Risk and Point of contact for capturing any new requirements from stakeholders across various sub-services.


Expertise in Functional/Technical designing solutions for major regulatory programs, such as Bilateral Margining and Ring Fencing, Large Exposure, and SACCR, IBOR.

Familiar with Murex and MLC systems, Summit, Moodys RA and able to deliver the business priorities.

Maintain RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependency) and provide periodical updates to stakeholders including various Product Owners (or Analysts), internal & external Auditors, and executives

Mentor and empower the Dev teams in Credit Risk space

Understand and document detailed business requirements

Conduct Design review and Provide design decision

Experience with rolling out at least one big project (multiple phased release or country rollouts) to production

Ability to explain the design to build teams for the required solution

Data Analytics i.e. Ability to do Data Gap analysis and suggest work arounds


To work closely with core delivery teams to implement and deliver the prioritized changes through change management process either through traditional SDLC process or through Agile framework depending on the type of change and the need of the hour.

To continuously evaluate areas of improvement or optimization to reduce the TAT for BAU service delivery.


To ensure timely updates are made available to Service Owners, Head of Services & Stakeholders on the book of work and to escalate and seek support when situation demands.


To collaborate with teams outside of risk service line and actively participate in enterprisewide/bank-wide projects and ensure there is no adverse impact to risk service line on account of such changes/ projects.

Experience

15+ years of IT experience with Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect

Proven experience in designing and implementing optimized integrations with various systems landscape

Capable of producing design documents capturing data flows & interface specifications

Experience working on implementation for Bank
- migration / customization experience in similar products.

A self-starter with an ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment

Strong understanding of Microsoft stack -.net, Core.
Net, WWF, MSSQL. MSBI, SQL/Oracle

Solid understanding of configuration management and the systems development lifecycle with a working knowledge of script development.

Plan, coordinate, develop and support end to end development /ETL processes including building banking process, documentation, and long-term preparedness
