    Job Description

    Responsibilities & Experience

    • Analysis and Attribution - Analyze portfolio performance and factors affecting it, such as security selection and asset allocation.
    • Reconcile and validate portfolio performance, resolve discrepancies, and update data from various sources.
    • Ensure data accuracy in performance, risk, and analytics tools.
    • Communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders about performance calculations.

    Supportive Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with teams to create and validate performance reports.
    • Troubleshoot issues, escalate problems when necessary, and support firm-wide performance goals.
    • Be flexible in working hours, handle stressful periods effectively, and actively participate in organizational forums.

    Skills & Knowledge

    • Qualifications & Certifications
    • Graduate with an MBA in Finance and 2-3 years of financial firm experience.
    • Experience in Performance Measurement is a plus.

    Primary Skills

    • Understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivative instruments.
    • Knowledge of security analysis, portfolio management, and financial markets.
    • Basic MS Office skills.

    Secondary Skills

    • Team player with multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills.
