SG Gurukul, a leading digital marketing company based in Indore, is seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to join our team.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via telephone to promote SG Gurukul's digital marketing services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success in the dynamic digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases to introduce digital marketing services and solutions.
Explain the benefits and features of our services, answer inquiries, and address any concerns or objections raised by potential clients.
Schedule appointments and followup calls for our sales team to further engage with interested prospects and convert leads into clients.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all client interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting as set by the sales manager.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align calling activities with ongoing campaigns and promotions to maximize results.

Requirements:

Should have completed any bachelor's degree or masters degree.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales or customer service environment, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences over the phone.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence potential clients.
Goaloriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
