As the scrum master, you will partner & collaborate with IT & business partners to run agile teams and delivery to the agreed scope.


As a part of role, your responsibilities include:

  • The Scrum Master enables teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices
  • Ensures continuous improvement of the Team/s

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess below:

  • IT Degree desirable
  • 8+ years of proven IT Experience
  • Experience in Agile (required) and DevOps (an advantage)
  • 5+ years professional experience in banking or financial services is a plus
  • High proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Excel & Power point in particular
  • Expert level experience in designing and tracking project plans
  • Organizing and running Scrum Ceremonies
  • Supporting Product Owner as required
  • Strong experience in developing project plans, Work Break Down Structure, resource charts, status reports and various other project dashboards targeted at different levels to partners
  • Proficient in task tracking tools like Atlassian JIRA
  • Experience of working with autonomous feature teams, following Agile delivery principles, Backlog grooming, sprint planning, continuous delivery, and integration technics
  • Ability to communicate, negotiate and network optimally on all organizational levels as well as within a multicultural environment articulating project scope and goals
  • Excellent planning, analytical and conceptual skills and decisionmaking abilities
  • Strong experience in working in globally distributed teams, stakeholder management across regions
  • Experience in managing project(s) in a FronttoBack environment responsible for the overall IT workstream delivery
  • Ability to work both independently and within multifunctional project teams than span multiple timezones
  • Passionate about learning and have an ability to pick up a wide range of new technologies and topics
  • Passionate about team collaboration to master a challenge and a creative problem solver with a distinct "cando" attitude
  • Positive and communicative personality that values clarity and is able to articulate your thoughts to diverse partner groups
  • Work in a dynamic environment confidently, where project work, production maintenance and third level support activities require you to actively manage your priorities
