The Role

Key Responsibilities
The main focus of the role will be to support Facilities Management:

  • Mainly Handling the Facility Helpdesk
  • Administer Preventive Maintenance system
  • Maintain Transport routing and cab compliance
  • Maintain constructive relationship with all vendors
  • Help organize company events
  • Should continuously research and evaluate options for all facility vendors and products required by the company. Need to recommend changes/suggestions if required keeping in mind cost effectiveness.
  • Maintain all admin related Documentation including vendor contracts

Qualifications:


Your experience

  • A bachelor's degree from any institute
  • Positive attitude and dedication required
  • Should have time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professional approach under challenging situations
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Ability in adapting to different domains if required.
  • Should be proficient in
    MS Office (compulsory)
