Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive at our Internet Service Provider (ISP) company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
You will be responsible for promoting our range of internet services to both residential and business clients, leveraging your sales skills to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Research and understand the needs of potential customers to tailor sales pitches effectively.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our internet services.
- Present sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and provide appropriate solutions.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for penetrating target markets effectively.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and implement action plans to maximize sales performance and drive revenue growth.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Solid understanding of internet technologies and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
