Description

Sourcing of business through a fixed merchant or through number of merchants based on potential of

that area / market, in consultation with Marketing Officer & Area Manager. Minimum of Rs.10,00,000

of business per month.

ï'- Demonstrate and explain products, methods or services in order to persuade customers to purchase

products or utilize services.

ï'- Sales growth and achievement of business in line with company's budget and objectives.

ï'- Addition of new products in the overall business, whenever we add new products or lines.

ï'- Achieve sales target from the assigned merchants and ensure substantial share vis-à-vis competition

ï'- To monitor outlets sales performance, evaluation for outlets marketing campaign proposal and set

marketing direction for outlets together with marketing officer & Area Manager

ï'- To report promptly about any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct or company's

policies and guidelines to immediate superior

Market Intelligence:
ï'- Keeping a vigil eye on market and arrange market/ competitor related feedback on regular basis.

ï'- Sending details of scheme run by competition on regular basis

ï'- Keeping customer's / company's documents in safe custody.

ï'- Informing the Marketing Officer / Area Manager about any new product launches in our finance

segment (Mobile, Two Wheeler, Appliances, Furniture etc
