Description
Minimum 7-10 years of total work experienceMinimum 5+years of experience in Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Domain.

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparencyAbility to write use cases.

Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)

Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space:
XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, DevOps etc.

Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques:
User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile GamesSoftware development background is an advantageWillingness for long term international or domestic travelGood Communication and Interpersonal Skills


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
