Sales Executive - Kalyan, India - DK HOLDINGS
Description
Objective- To act as a real estate agent to the prospect and help them make the buying decisions for residential or commercial
from the available resources. You will be playing an important role in contributing towards the company's revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own the sales process: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
- Handle Clients queries and their requirements of real estate property
- Sell real estate Commercial and residential properties to Clients.
- Show client different available option of properties
- Build Relationships with clients.
- Go for meetings/site tours/inspections with clients
- Database management related to Clients and Properties.
- Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
- Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self.
- Close prospective clients and ensure collections
- Communication, Sales, Persuasion, Negotiation, Collaboration
- Having an experience is using CRM.
Other Requirements
- Qualification
- Should be a graduate
Commercial real estate sales experience preferred.

₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
