Dispatch & Admin Executive - Roles & Responsibility _

  • Job Location : _
    Kedgaon, Daund, Pune._

Required :
2-4 years_

  • Salary Range 20k to 25k pm_
  • Job Details :_
  • 1. Coordination with commercial and production dept._
  • 2. Follow the dispatch instructions and dispatch the material _
- _Prepare dispatch documents and dispatch material in time_
- _Maintain records related to dispatch, GST documentation, _
- _Courier management, _
- _Coordination with commercial & accounts dept, _
- _Communication regarding dispatch details to the commercial dept._
- _Invoicing
  • Manufacturing / Trading / Export_
- _Dispatch plan and dispatch as per OA to all customers on regular basis _
- _Material packing _
- _LIR updation in ERP and updating branches and accounts accordingly _
- _Stock Management _
- _ERP Systems, ISO Data preparation _
- _Monthly sales record to insurance company_

  • 3.

Factory Administration :
_

- _Time Office
  • Attendance & Leave, Muster and other records update day to day _
- _Repairs & Maintenance of factory premises and other utilities._
- _Support in complying statutory compliances, grievance handling, _
- _Data management, MIS_
- _Induction Training to new joinees_
- _Cost effective and timely action_
- _Housekeeping and other disciplinary implementation_

  • 4. Coordination with HR head ( H.O.), plant head, Manager MFG._

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
