Job Description:

Performing basic architectural calculations.
Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on aninssigned project.
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor of Architecture is required
Applicants are required to have between 25 years of experience in Architecture, Middle East experience would be desirable but are not essential.
Good communication skills, and able to work well independently at times.
Able to see the "bigger picture" and take a birdseye view of projects
Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team.
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
Accountability for assigned work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Enthusiastic and Selfmotivated.
Work well within a multidisciplinary team.
