Responsibilities:


  • Provide firstclass customer service through calls
  • Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walkthrough
  • Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done
  • Meet predetermined targets
  • Represent the client in a professional manner
  • Adhere to clients defined processes & procedures and company policies
  • Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications
  • Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality requirements

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹14, ₹24,000.00 per month
