Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide firstclass customer service through calls
- Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walkthrough
- Ensure proper documentation is entered in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests, and actions done
- Meet predetermined targets
- Represent the client in a professional manner
- Adhere to clients defined processes & procedures and company policies
- Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications
- Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability, and quality requirements
Job Types:

Salary:
₹14, ₹24,000.00 per month
