Kirti Nagar, Delhi (Evening metro station drop-off provided in office car)

Work Days & Timings:
Monday - Friday in office (1st& 3rdSaturday work from home), 10 am - 6:30 pm


Job Overview:

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees.

Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Provide information about the company and its services.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Manage the appointment schedule for executives and meeting rooms.
  • Ensure that meeting rooms are properly set up and equipped for scheduled appointments.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Resolve routine customer issues and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises.
  • Issue visitor badges and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
  • Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
