Roles and Responsibilities

Create visually appealing and userfriendly landing pages, web pages, product journeys and app designs that align with client/project objectives.
Utilize proficiency in Figma/Adobe XD to translate client requirements into innovative design concepts.
Actively listen to client needs and collaborate with them to understand their vision, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design process.
Develop and present creative ideas and concepts, incorporating feedback and making design decisions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Coordinate closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both internal team members and clients, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency of designs across various media outlets, including print and digital platforms.
Produce compelling design assets that are to be used on the website.
Stay informed about current industry trends, technology standards, social media developments, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance design strategies.
Proactively seek opportunities to improve design processes and workflows, driving efficiency and quality in deliverables.

Qualifications
year experience in Figma and other relevant design tools.

Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
Strong behance / dribbble / portfolio
Understanding of product design and design concepts
Uptodate knowledge of industry trends, technology standards, and emerging design tools.
Previous experience in a similar role or agency environment is a plus.
Must be able to create information architecture, MVP design, wireframes, prototypes.
Proficiency with other design tools, apps, frameworks like framer, lottie, webflow and other design systems will be an added advantage

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
