Description

Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Support Executive:

  • Connecting with the clients and resolving their queries on call, remote desk etc.
  • Resolv tickets generated by the clients for their technical requests and problems to maintain the productivity.
  • Helps in designing and implementing successful software implementation.
  • Keep tracking the user tickets and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with the Development team incase of any new feature is required.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have problem solving and process improving mindset.
  • Have basic knowledge of programming skills.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
