Position Description

Should have 10-12 years of work experience in the implementation of various quality management systems
Facilitate project teams in the implementation of new / modified processes
Plan and provide independent assessment of delivery process compliance to delivery and quality management (including Internal Quality Audits and other process compliance reviews)
Define and ensure adherence to defined processes at the program level
Review deliverables as requested by the delivery team and ensure quality
Log and communicate the findings / comments with the respective teams and ensure the closure of the comments / findings
Involve in Milestone review (Gate reviews) and ensure the deliverable / process quality before it is delivered to the subsequent phase or to the client
Ensure effective coordination between QA and delivery teams
Provide orientation/training to delivery teams on various process and quality management aspects Ability to lead the QA team and effectively manage escalations
Identify risks related to process and quality along with appropriate action planning
Consolidate and Analyze metrics to define program level benchmarks at various levels
Good experience in Excel and any other BI solutions to drive continual improvements / automation initiatives Knowledge on Agile and SAFe is essential to drive QA activities in large trains
Certifications on Lean Six Sigma; ITIL; Agile / SAFe; ISO 9K; 27K LA would be considered
Members should be more transparent and able to drive quality initiatives both onsite and offshore. Working exposure with global teams would be beneficial
