Basic Telephone Etiquette and basic computer skills - Good Communication skills in English and Hindi

  • Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to customer queries
  • Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests
  • Should be able to handle inbound calls resolving customer queries
  • Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business needs
  • Willing to work flexible Shifts (24/7) Preferred:
