Description
Basic Telephone Etiquette and basic computer skills - Good Communication skills in English and Hindi- Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to customer queries
- Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests
- Should be able to handle inbound calls resolving customer queries
- Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business needs
- Willing to work flexible Shifts (24/7) Preferred:
- Any Undergraduate can apply
