Real Estate Sales Manager

Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies that achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team and track progress towards goals.
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to sales agents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and other industry professionals.
  • Track and report on sales performance.
  • Manage the sales team's budget and expenses.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • 1+ years experience in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Travel requirement:

  • Travel
  • Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Highland Marg, Zirakpur , Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
