Description
Good Communication skills.- Create training programs to address skill gaps in drivers.
- Develop onboarding programs for new drivers.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Research new teaching methods.
- Must understand companies training needs and undertake it along with the management.
- Prepare soft copy training material like module seminar and presentation.
- Should have experience in communicating in different languages (Kanada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi).
- Education: Must be a Graduate from a with completion of /4) education with no break in between.
- Indepth knowledge of the corporate training.
Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
